1. General

1.1. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') apply to the relationship between you ('you', 'Player', 'Customer', 'User Account') and the provider 'sp8rts.io' ('sp8rts', 'we', 'us', 'our', 'Company').

1.2. 'Games(s)' refer to Casino games and other games based on the Random Number Generator (RNG) games which may become available on the website from time to time.

1.3. The 'Website' refers to sp8rts.io, accessed by the player via desktop, mobile, or any other platforms.

1.4. 'Player Account' is the account that user needs to access and utilize the Website.

1.5. 'Customer Support' refers to the help and assistance services offered by the Company to its users.

1.6. 'Event(s)' means specific tournaments, games, or betting events where users can place bets on the results.

1.7. 'Cryptocurrency,' 'Cryptocurrencies,' and 'Crypto' refer to bitcoin, altcoins, and any other supported digital currencies on the Website. 'Fiat Money' refers to a currency issued by a government or central bank without backing from physical commodities like gold or silver, examples being USD, JPY, CAD, BRL.

1.8. By using or interacting with our services, you agree to comply with all conditions, regulations, and instructions set forth in these Terms, as well as any other specific rules or guidelines expressed elsewhere, such as those related to games, competitions, and other activities.

1.9. sp8rts reserves the right to modify and amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will be valid until a new version is in place. We will notify you prior to any changes and your reacceptance is required for the new agreement to become effective. If you do not agree to the updated Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the services.

1.11. Rules and explanations in respect to the games provided in separate links on the sites, or explanations and conditions referring to the software stated therein are incorporated into these terms and conditions by reference.

1.12. While these Terms and Conditions may be available in multiple languages for user convenience, only the English version holds legal weight in the relationship between you and sp8rts. Should there be any inconsistencies between the English version and translations, the English version will take precedence.

2. Declaration and Warranties

You hereby declare and warrant that:

2.1. You are over 18 years old or of minimum legal age as stipulated in the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to you and, under the laws applicable to you, you are allowed to participate in the Games offered on the site.

2.2. It is entirely and solely your responsibility to enquire and ensure that you do not breach laws applicable to you by participating in the games. Gambling on our website may not be legal/licensed in certain jurisdictions.

2.3. You are solely responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable to you under relevant laws for any winnings that you receive from sp8rts.

2.4. You participate in the games for entertainment and/or recreational purposes only and strictly in your own personal non-professional capacity.

2.5. You participate in the games on your own behalf and not on the behalf of any other person.

2.6. All information that you provide to sp8rts during the term of validity of this agreement is true, complete, and correct, and that you shall immediately notify the company of the Company of any change of such information.

2.7. All money that you deposit into your Player Account are not tainted with any illegality and, in particular, do not originate from any illegal activity or source.

2.8. You understand that you take the risk of losing money deposited into your User Account by participation in any of the Games.

2.9. You shall not be involved in any fraudulent, collusive, fixing, or other unlawful activity in relation to your or third parties’ participation in any of the Games and shall not use any software assisted methods, or techniques or hardware devices for your participation in any of the Games, the Company does not allow any kind of robots or/ and programmed devices in game play. sp8rts hereby reserves the right to invalidate any wager in the event of such behavior.

2.10. You, any family member, or close associate are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).

2.11. Games played on our site should be played in the same manner as games played in any other setting. This means that players should be courteous to each other and avoid rude or obscene comments.

2.12. sp8rts reserves the right to terminate and/or, change any games or events being offered on the Website, and to limit and/or refuse wagers.

3. Your Account

3.1. User Registration

3.1.1. In order for you to be able to place wagers using any of the Software, you must first personally register with sp8rts and open an account ('Account'), 'Account' and 'User Account' has the same meaning assigned to it as 'Player’s Account'.

3.1.2. You are allowed to have only one User Account. If you attempt to open more than one User Account, all accounts you open will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one User Account under different names, you mut notify us immediately.

3.1.3. Based on your country of residence, restrictions apply to playing at sp8rts, the use of bonuses and/or deposits via credit/debit card. We retain the right to lift these restrictions based on any changes in jurisdiction changes.

3.1.4. Persons located or residing in Afghanistan, Algeria, Antigua and Barbuda, Belarus, Belize, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cote D'ivoire, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Guam, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Holy See, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Malaysia, Maldives, Mali, Malta, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Myanmar (Formerly Burma), Nepal, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Palestine State, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen are not permitted to make use of the Service. For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on engaging in real-money play from Prohibited Jurisdictions applies equally to residents and citizens of other nations while located in Prohibited Jurisdiction. Any attempt to circumvent the restrictions on play by any persons located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or Restricted Jurisdiction, is a breach of this Agreement. An attempt at circumvention includes, but not limited to, manipulating the information used by sp8rts to identify your location and providing sp8rts with false or misleading information regarding your location or place of residence.

3.1.5. You can open a User Account by personally filling out the registration form and submitting it to sp8rts through our site. You are required to complete the registration process by providing username, a valid email address, and a password. Additional personal information, such as your Full Name, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Full Physical Address, will only be requested if you opt to deposit tunds using a credit or debit card, in order to comply with our verification process and regulatory requirements. It is impreative that all information you provide at the time of registration and when conducting card transactions be accurate and truthful. Failure to provide valid and correct information may lead to the suspension or closure of your User Account and the forfeiture of any winnings.

3.1.6. Your player account must be registered in your own, correct name. Only one account is allowed per customer. Any other accounts that you open with us shall be marked as 'Multiple Accounts'. In case of opening a Multiple Account, any Accounts which you have opened will be closed by us immediately and we reserve the right to

3.1.7. sp8rts may request that you provide additional information/documents to verify your identify, such as a copy of your passport, driver&apso;s license, or official ID card. If you fail to provide the Company with requested documents, or if the information or documents that you provide is/are found false or misleading, your User Account may be closed, and funds forfeited within 90 days of the request. Confiscate any returns, winnings, or bonuses which you have gained or accrued during such time as the Multiple Account was active. These will be forfeited by you and may be reclaimed by us, and you will return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from your Account and the Multiple Account(s) if requested.

3.1.8. Following registration and first deposit, if insufficient activity, amount to less than one times turnover of your initial deposit, is seen within the first 7 days from deposit, sp8rts reserves the right to void your account and any associated deposit, especially if there is reason to suspect such as account has been created to inflate commission paid to marketing partners of sp8rts.

3.1.9. Please be aware that underage gambling is illegal. If we are unable to confirm your legal age, then we may suspend your Player’s Account. If you are proven to have been under that age at that time you made any gambling or gaming transactions:

a. Your Player Account will be closed.
b. Any stakes for bets made while you were underage will be void.
c. Any winnings which you have accrued during such time will be forfeited and you will return to the Operator any such funds which you have withdrawn from your Player Account.

3.1.10. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the personal information you provide is true, complete and correct and keep the information up to date. You may contact our support at any time to update your information. We may ask for documents to verify your identity and supporting documents to verify changes to such information.

3.1.11. As a part of the registration process, you will have to choose your password for login into the site. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure that your login details are kept securely. You must not disclose your login details to anyone. sp8rts is not responsible for any abuse or misuse of your User Account by third parties due to your disclosure, whether intentional or accidental, whether active or passive, of your login details to any third party.

3.1.12. Should you, any family member or close associate be a Politically Exposed Person (PEP) you are not permitted to register an account.

3.1.13. sp8rts reserves the right to refuse to register an Account or to close your Account at it’s sole discretion. However, all money within your Account will be returned and all contractual obligations already made will be honored.

3.2. Deposits or Pay-In to User Account

3.2.1. You may participate in any real money game ('Game') only if you have sufficient funds available to wager for such participation.

3.2.2. You shall only use Crypto, bank cards and other financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you in relation to deposits of funds into your Account. In the event you deposit using a payment method belonging to a 3rd party, we reserve the right to confiscate any winnings which result directly or indirectly from those deposited funds. We also reserve the right to refund deposits made to 3rd party payment means.

3.2.3. Usage of business cards are forbidden on the Website and such deposits will be treated as 3rd party deposits, referencing clause before.

3.2.4. You may not use funds that originates from any illegal activity or source that is tainted or associated with any illegality or ill-gotten means.

3.2.5. We offer payment methods to you at our absolute discretion and may withdraw methods from use by you should we suspect heightened risk with transactions from you or method misuse.

3.2.6. Your Account with sp8rts will be denomitated in United States Dollar (USD). Should you make a deposit or withdrawal transactions in a currency other than USD, sp8rts will attempt to persent payments to partners in the most advantageous currency based on your country of origin. The exchange rate applied to any transaction will be based on the rates used by the financial institution handling the transaction. sp8rts will not be held responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations or for any exchange premiums charged by payment partners and your provider as a result of currency conversion.

3.2.7. Should exchange rates drift during a transaction including the time it is pending approval any costs as a result of that will be passed on to you by sp8rts.

3.2.8. It is not permitted to deposit funds into an account where sufficient balance exists to play when considering recent gambling wager levels. Without valid explanations such situations may result in such deposits being refunded and your account being closed.

3.2.9. If we suspect that you are using your account to abuse exchange fluctuations for the purpose of making a financial gain, we may cancel any associated deposits and withdrawals then confiscate any gains as a result of such abuse from your balance.

3.2.10. To deposit funds into your User Account, you can use any of the deposit methods specified on the 'Deposit' page. Details regarding processing time and fee structure for the payment methods utilized are available on this page and may be amended from time to time.

3.2.11. You cannot transfer, sell, or pledge your Account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of the accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way shape or form.

3.2.12. sp8rts may charge assigned fees for processing deposits. Fees may change over time and current fee structure is specified on the cashier deposit page at the moment of requesting a deposit to the site.

3.2.13. sp8rts reserves the right to assign minimum and maximum deposit levels as specified on the cashier deposit page at the moment of requesting a deposit and may change over time.

3.2.14. sp8rts reserves the right to use additional procedures and means to verify your identity or ownership of your payment means after effecting deposits into your User Account.

3.2.15. sp8rts is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not get any interests on deposited amounts.

3.2.16. All information related to funds deposit can be found under 'Account' and 'Deposit' pages of the site. You can use any of available depositing methods stated there, however they may change from time to time.

3.2.17. Your bank may independently charge you for credit/debit card deposits as may other payment providers.

3.3. Withdrawals of Pay-Out from User Account

3.3.1. You may withdraw any amount up to the 'Cash' balance in your User Account by issuing sp8rts with a valid request for withdrawal via 'Account' on the Website.

3.3.2. Please note that products at sp8rts are consumed instantly when playing. The Company may hence not provide refunds, cancellation of services or returns of goods with regards to in-game play. When playing a real money game, money will automatically be drawn from your User Account and any winnings immediately recredited to your Account if applicable.

3.3.3. sp8rts does not accept requests for withdrawals made by telephone or e-email. Notices for withdrawals can only be made via the website.

3.3.4. You shall only use financial instruments that are valid and lawfully belong to you in relation to withdrawal of funds from your account.

3.3.5. Withdrawals from a Player Account must be made to payment means belonging to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank account held in the name of the Account Holder, as advised by the Account Holder and confirmed by the payment partner of bank. Whenever possible, sp8rts will restrict withdrawals to be made only to the same account utilized by the Account Holder to make deposits.

3.3.6. sp8rts may charge assigned fees for processing withdrawals. Fees may change over time and current fee structure is specified on the cashier deposit page at the moment of requesting a withdrawal from the site.

3.3.7. sp8rts reserves the right to review your behavior on the Site for fraudulent or irregular activity and if required perform additional customer or enhanced due diligence before processing withdrawals. The Company reserves the right to withhold or/and confiscate withdrawals, winnings and/or balance in case a Player fails to pass any required due diligence at withdrawal or any other time within 90 days.

3.3.8. sp8rts reserves the right to re-route a withdrawal to a different payment means belonging to you as it sees fit, or further refund, in total or in part, deposits of equivalent amounts as a withdrawal requested.

3.3.9. If by mistake sp8rts credits your User Account with winnings or money that do not belong to you, whether due to human or technical error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of sp8rts. The amount will be deducted from your User Account as soon as the Company becomes aware of the mistake. If you withdraw funds that do not belong to you, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available by law or otherwise. The amount paid by mistake will constitute a debt owed by you to sp8rts. You are obliged to immediately report any incident of incorrect crediting to sp8rts, such reporting should be via email.

3.3.10. sp8rts will carry out verification procedures at the time of any first pay-out from an account further reserves the right to carry our such verification procedures earlier in account life prior to withdrawal such as after 2000 USD of deposits without withdrawal. Such identity verification may for example include copies of players passport or national identification document, utility bill, bank statements, credit card statements, front and back of payment cards or other documents to prove ownership of payment methods.

3.3.11. Upon requesting a withdrawal of winnings, sp8rts reserves the right to pay-out the requested amount up to maximum of $2,500 per week and no more than $10,000 USD per month.

3.3.12. sp8rts cannot be held responsible for any loss or financial risk sustained due to currency fluctuations whilst holding a USD balance with us or during the transfer of funds between your financial provider and your account.

3.3.13. Transfer of funds between players is strictly forbidden.

3.3.14. In order to withdraw any amount of money from a player account, the full amount of the deposit must be wagered at least one times and sp8rts reserves the right to cancel such requests at its discretion until such wagering is complete. sp8rts reserves the right to impose a 10% processing fee if any circumstances warrants a withdrawal before the wagering above is completed. If you make an additional deposit before the wagering required to withdraw is met, the wagering required is based on the aggregated sum of deposits made which have not been turned over.

3.3.15. sp8rts may offer an express pay-out service, this only affects the speed at which pay-outs clear to your account once approved. Time required to complete verification or check winnings prior to approval is not affected and sp8rts reserves the right to take additional time to make such checks on all pay-outs. If you select express pay-out, the fee is non-refundable unless the pay-out is reversed.

3.4. Bonusing and Bonus Abuse

3.4.1. sp8rts awards bonuses and entry to selected promotions in good faith to players who use its services for entertainment purposes and as a token of appreciation for joining our services or loyal play. Every bonus has its own specific terms and conditions which are found in any communication introduction the offer to you or within the 'Promotions' section of your account.

3.4.2. sp8rts may offer small daily promotions and offers to all players. Should sp8rts become aware that you are using your account to systematically farm benefit from offers rather than using the website for leisure purposes we may formally advise you that you can only take advantage of one offer a calendar month. After receiving such formal notification if you take advantage of more than one daily offer a month, wins from such funds will be void. Note this doesn’t affect your rights to occasional discretionary offers made by us without any qualifying criteria or our tournaments.

3.4.3. sp8rts reserves the right to cancel/remove a bonus offer at any time in case of any suspected abuse of the offer and to terminate the offender’s account with immediate effect.

3.4.4. Abuse constitutes:

a. Using multiple accounts to benefit from an offer or offers multiple times.
b. Using other people’s identities with or without their consent to benefit from an offer.
c. Claiming an account opening welcome bonus from the same IP, household, or computer device that has already had a new account bonus, except offers in association with the refer a friend scheme.
d. Not complying with the bonus terms and condition associated with any specific offers; these are sent out in any correspondence inviting you to take part and also available at any time within the 'Promotions' section of the website. If in doubt please ask our support team first.
e. The act of repetitively making deposits for multiple bonuses (more than 3) without playing through prior deposits made for prior bonuses.
f. Breaching any of the general terms and conditions whilst using a bonus.
g. Any reasonable evidence to sp8rts that a series of bets has been placed by a customer or group of customers which, due to a bonus, free bet or any other promotional offer result in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as a part of a group. This includes activity across other casinos who may share the same networked live dealer tables.

3.4.5. sp8rts Reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a specific customer or group of customers (and not others), to terminate a bonus offer without notice or compensation, to change the terms of a bonus offer and/or to exchange one type of bonus offer for another at its sole discretion and at any time, especially in the event of a perceived error.

3.4.6. Where you have used free money (no deposit bonus/ registration bonus/ sign up free bonus/welcome free bonus) or free spins given to you at registration or any other promotion that is received without making a first ever deposit before playing:

a. The maximum amount that you can withdraw from such offer is greater of $100 or 1 (one) times the bonus amount plus any deposits required to qualify unless stated otherwise in the offer terms and conditions. Any winnings greater than these amounts will be removed from your account returning the higher of 100 USD (one) times the bonus plus qualifying deposits and any further deposits which have mixed with this free money during playthrough. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met. (please refer to the offer specific terms & condition)
b. If you wish to continue playing with winnings from free money, after you have completed the qualifying deposit, you must first contact us to notify us to that we are able to cap your win to all maximum permitted else all winnings will be forfeit to $100 USD plus deposits made.
c. If whilst playing with free money or winnings generated from it, your balance goes below 1 USD, and you then deposit to play on then the free money turnover requirements and 100 USD cease to apply.
d. The qualifying deposit to claim a free money prize won before a first ever deposit must be made by card or crypto currency
e. If you receive other bonuses before your first deposit, winnings from these also contribute towards the maximum win of $100 USD. If you win over $100 USD, the value of the bonuses will be left on your account with any qualifying deposit and your $100 USD maximum free-money win.
f. Once your balance from free money win exceeds $100 USD, we may cap your balance at any time to $100 USD.
g. Before requesting a pay-out of winnings from this offer, you must make a real money deposit from a card that belong to you or a cryptocurrency deposit. You do not need to wager this deposit before asking for a withdrawal.

3.4.7. Certain bonus money is locked requiring wagering to release it, if you have not fully unlocked a bonus that you have received, it is not withdrawable. Please contact us if you wish to cancel it. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed. 3.5. Betting and Wagering

3.5.1. In order to place a wager, you must have sufficient funds in your Account.

3.5.2. Only wagers placed from your Account will be accepted and any winnings you make using our services will be credited to you Account. Subject to these Terms and Conditions you can make deposits or withdrawals through the Site Cashier.

3.5.3. Our Games are powered by 3rd party software providers (‘Our Providers’). Our providers reserve the right at their sole discretion to make changes to the available games in the Casino and to the return rates which apply to those games at any time. The return rate of each game can be viewed by clocking in the Help or Information section (usually marked with a question mark ‘?’ or an ‘i’ information symbol within each game or in the Winnings per month page. It is your responsibility to note the return rate applying to each game in each session prior to placing a stake or wager.

3.5.4. By playing on sp8rts, you warrant that you are familiar with the rules of any games in which you participate and acknowledge that the rules of the games are available on the Site and/or in the Help section of each game. All game rules form part and parcel of these Terms and Conditions.

3.5.5. sp8rts have specific games rules to prevent crimes and abuse which if identified through game analysis can result in account closure and forfeiture of balance where such actions are forbidden:

a. For the benefit of doubt ‘Martingale’ betting technique is allowed on our website.
b. A minimum 9 numbers must be left free on the table for any game round whilst playing any variant of roulette, including numbers covered due to outside bets.
c. Card counting whilst playing blackjack or watching blackjack to decide when to play then leveraging bet stakes in favorable circumstances to the Player is forbidden.
d. Any consistent betting techniques which have more than 90% chance of winnings outcome ('Safe Betting') is forbidden.
e. Exploit a game or game fault is forbidden.
f. Evidence of collusion between players across player Accounts either within sp8rts or using tables networked with other online gambling sites is forbidden.
g. Example of such activity includes.

i. Following each other table to table to gamble in same game rounds.
ii. Placing opposite bets on the same game round across more than one account.
iii. Synchronizing bets with other payers during a game round.
iv. Taking coordinated game actions to distort a game result.

3.5.6. We reserve the right to limit the maximum bet size of an individual Account to an amount below that which is offered to other players to manage risk presented to us by your gambling.

3.5.7. In the event that you lose your internet connection during a game, the game will resume from the point at which the internet connection was lost when you next log in to the game. Please refer to the section Exceptional circumstances and aborted games to see how such issues are handled.

3.5.8. The maximum amount a player may win from a single bet on any of our casino/site games is $500,000 or currency equivalent. Progressive Jackpot games are specifically excluded from this rule.

3.5.9. By accepting any prize and/or winnings from us in any one or more games you irrevocably consent to the use of your username and/or your first name plus the initials of your surname for advertising and promotional purposes without any additional compensation. We may also contact you in order to request your permission to display further details about you for advertising and promotional purposes.

3.6. Inactive User Accounts

3.6.1. An inactive account is an account that has not had any real money transaction of any kind for 12 months and has a real money balance.

3.6.2. Inactive accounts are managed by sp8rts in a specific process. After twelve (12) months since the last real money activity, the Company will remove the full balance from your account and the funds will be considered abandoned and forfeited. You will be warned a month before this process takes place and simply need to login and perform a real money action such as play a game round, deposit, or withdraw to avoid the removal of funds.

3.6.3. Account Holders, who wish to recover funds held in a closed, locked, or excluded account, are advised to contact Customer Support.

3.7. Closing of User Account

3.7.1. If you wish to close your account, you may do so at any time by contacting customer support via e-mail from its website or under your user profile. If closure of your account is related to concerns about possible gambling addiction, this shall be indicated by you.

3.7.2. sp8rts reserves the right to terminate your User Account and to refund you the balance available to wager, subject to deduction of relevant withdrawal charges, at the company’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason or give prior notice.

3.7.3. If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that you are engaging, or have engaged, in one or more of the following activities

a. Cheating (forbidden gambling actions (reference betting and wagering clause 3.5.5.) or exploiting a game or game fault: and/or
b. Using 'bots' or similar software, or manipulating software; and/or
c. Fraudulent behaviour or criminal activity (including money laundering or credit card fraud); and/or
d. Deliberately breaching these terms and conditions in your use of the Website or participation in the games, Then we may conduct an investigation and restrict your account pending its outcome (including any pending withdrawal request). If, after investigating, we have reasonable evidence that you were engaging in one of the above activities, we will close your account and confiscate any balance and winnings.

3.7.4. We may also close your account and retain the balance in the following circumstances:

a. You do not pass the verification and/or enhanced due diligence checks to our reasonable satisfaction within 90 days.
b. We reasonably believe that you are underage.
c. You have provided false of misleading information to us including falsified documents ir images during verification checks.
d. You or your payment provider reverses or chargeback any deposit made.

3.7.5. sp8rts may provide your personal information to a third party to verify your information and counter fraud tool providers (as set out in our Privacy Policy).

3.7.6. sp8rts reserves the right to levy a $25 USD fee upon account closure for any reason, if balance on the account is below $25 USD, remaining balance will be forfeit.

4. Exceptional Circumstances & Aborted Games

4.1. sp8rts reserves the right to cancel, and/or declare a wager void partially or in full if the Company, at its own discretion, would deem it obvious that any of the following circumstances have occurred:

a. You, or people associated with you directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event.
b. You and or people associated with you are directly or indirectly avoiding the rules of the Company.
c. The result of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity.
d. Wagers have been placed that would not have been accepted otherwise, but that were accepted during periods when the mistake, misprint, technical error, casino system malfunction, force majeure or otherwise, wagers have been offered, placed and or accepted due to this error.

4.2. sp8rts is not liable for any damage or losses deemed or alleged to have arisen out of or in connection with any of the software or its content; including without limitation, loss or corruption of data, delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communication or lines failure, any person’s misuse of the site or its content or any errors or omissions in content.

4.3. sp8rts is not liable for any server disruptions, downtime, lagging or any technical or political disturbance to the game play. Refunds may be granted to players in such cases.

4.4. In case of misconfigured bonus campaign or pay-table and/or error in gaming software in any way, the Company reserves the right to alter player balances and account details to correct such mistakes.

4.5. In the event a game is started but miscarries because of failure of the system, sp8rts will refund the amount wagered in the game to the user by crediting it to the User Account or, if the account no longer exists, by paying it to the user in an approved manner; and if the user has accrued credit at the time the miscarried, credit to the User Account the monetary value of the credit or, if the account no longer exists, pay it to the user in an approved manner.

4.6. sp8rts reserves the right to remove any game from the site at any time. Any event of game that indicate incorrect behavior affecting pay out, game data or other balances, that may be due to misconfiguration or a bug, will be cancelled and removed from the site. The player(s) balances and account details may be altered in such cases in order to correct any mistake.

7. Anti-Money Laundering Reporting

7.2. 9. Intellectual Property

9.1. sp8rts and its third-party Providers own the rights to all software, user interfaces and graphic features available to you. These are protected by Copyright Laws, and you may only use the site for your personal use in accordance with Terms and Conditions stipulated by the Company and the applicable laws.

9.2. You will need prior approval by sp8rts to in any manner except for private use, display or use trademarks, service marks, trade names or/and accompanying logos, along standing or in conjunction with any test, of the site, or a subsidiary or affiliate company to, or of a company belonging to the same group of companies as, or of the ultimate majority shareholders in, any of the software regulated by these Terms and conditions.

Without the written consent of the owners or/and holders of the trademark and service marks may not be used publicly.

9.4. Animations, avatars, images, background images, other graphics, photographs, video and audio clips, button icons, streaming data, downloadable materials, data compilations and software, accessible from the sites licensed or controlled by sp8rts is the proprietary information and valuable intellectual property of the company or any party responsible for providing the materials. The Company owns all the rights and interests in above mentioned materials.

9.5. The materials may not be copied, distributed, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way except for the private or personal use without the prior written consent of the Company.

10. Complaints

10.1. Complaints should be sent to support@sp8rts.io and will be handled by Customer Support department and escalated to the Customer Support Manager where needed Customer support will respond to any complaint as quickly as possible.

10.2. Complaints are handled by our support team and escalated in the organization if required. Player shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level.

11. Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by this Complaint Handling Procedure.

12. Limitation of Liability

13. Breaches, Penalties and Termination

If you breach any provisions of these Terms and Conditions of sp8rts has a reasonable ground to suspect that you have breached them, the Company reserves the right not to open, suspend, or close your User Account, withhold any money in your User Account (deposits included) and apply such funds on account of any damages due by you in this respect.

13.2. sp8rts reserves the right to freeze or terminate your User Account or cancel any wagers at or absolute discretion in case the Company suspect that you are in breach of this entire agreement, have problems with creditors, and engaged in illegal or fraudulent activities when using any of the sites or in other ways detrimental to our business.

13.3. You acknowledge that the Company shall be the final decision-maker of whether you have violated the Company’s rules, terms or conditions in a manner that results in your suspension or permanent barring from participation in our site.

14. Severability and Assignment

14.1. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms and Conditions and all other provisions shall remain in force unaffected by such severance.
